Zum Vortrag

Improving IT performance is not only a matter of implementing ITSM processes or Business & IT Alignment processes. Most of the ITSM projects fail because of the lack of focus on the soft skills of the participants like communication, teamwork, customer focus, decision making, leadership et cetera. Business Simulations play a important role in addressing these soft skills. But there is more! Addressing is one, decide to work on it is second and really apply them in day to day work is third.

In this presentation:

  • What is a Serious Business Simulation?
  • How to identify weaknesses in soft skills within the team?
  • How to develop a plan to improve them?
  • How to really improve the needed skills and create impact?

Der Vortrag wird in Englisch gehalten. Die Präsentation wird auch in Deutsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Neben dem Vortrag wird Jan Schilt am 20.04.2010,
